1.1 Self-Service Account Registration

Clients may create self-service accounts via the online Client Portal by providing: Company Name, Primary Email Address, Phone Number, Secondary Email Address, Billing Address, and Tax Identification Number (TIN).

Clients warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

1.2 Account Eligibility & Authorized Use

Accounts are for corporate entities and authorized business representatives only. Users are solely responsible for maintaining credential security and all activities under their account.

1.3 Account Suspension & Termination

Tesseract reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for unpaid invoices, fraudulent registration data, or breach of terms.

SECTION 2.0: SERVICE STRUCTURE & DECOUPLING

2.1 Core Services Offered

Tesseract provides Web Hosting Services, Website Development Packages (WordPress architecture, UI/UX design, custom page engineering), Domain Registration, Graphic Design, and Digital Infrastructure.

2.2 Decoupling of Web Development Packages

Web Development Packages cover the core development phase utility only and are decoupled from hosting infrastructure, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance services. Each service component is separately priced, billed, and governed by its own terms.

SECTION 3.0: DOMAIN PROVISIONING & REGISTRY TERMS

3.1 Domain Registration Services

Domain registration is a completely independent, standalone add-on utility asset and is not bundled into any web development or hosting package.

Tesseract acts solely as a commissioning agent with third-party domain registries. For .com.pg domains, Tesseract engages with the Papua New Guinea University of Technology (Unitech). Tesseract is not liable for external registry delays, manual approval queues, or regional DNS propagation timelines.

SECTION 4.0: PAYMENT TERMS & TAX COMPLIANCE

4.1 Invoicing & Billing

Invoices are generated electronically through the Client Portal. Payment terms are Net 14 days from invoice date.

4.2 Tax Compliance & Invoicing

TIN numbers collected during registration are used for official Tax Invoice issuance in compliance with Internal Revenue Commission (IRC) PNG standards.

4.3 Late Payment & Suspension

Non-payment results in automatic portal account suspension, suspension of hosted client demo/production environments, and hold on domain renewals.

SECTION 5.0: ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Hosted environments and staging subdomains (e.g., *.tesseract-pg.com) must not be used for: illegal activities, spamming, malware deployment, or unauthorized data scraping.

SECTION 6.0: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Service Warranty

Tesseract provides infrastructure and services on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.

6.2 Liability Exclusion

Tesseract disclaims liability for third-party hosting outages, registry delegation failures, consequential business losses, network disruptions, or force majeure events.

SECTION 10.0: GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Papua New Guinea.

2.0 HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

2.2 Billing, Invoicing & Tax Reporting

• Generate and deliver electronic invoices through the Client Portal
• Process payments and maintain payment records
• Issue tax-compliant invoices in accordance with IRC PNG requirements
• Report financial transactions as required by law

2.3 Domain Registration & Third-Party Transmission

• Transmit required domain contact details to third-party registrar authorities
• Submit data to ICANN registries for .com domain registrations
• Submit data to Papua New Guinea University of Technology (Unitech) for .com.pg domain registrations
• Manage domain renewals and updates on Your behalf

2.4 Technical Support & Service Delivery

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Send system update notifications and critical infrastructure alerts
• Monitor service performance and reliability

3.0 DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURES

5.4 Account Closure

• Close Your account upon request (settling all outstanding balances)
